With 2018 off to a flying start, we are currently seeking new JourneyOne team members. We are looking for people with a strong track record in their discipline(s) who are ready to embrace the JourneyOne culture, mission and values.
We’re hiring Solutionisers, Actioners and Drivers
At present, we’re looking for consultants who fit the JourneyOne ‘Solutioniser’, ‘Actioner’ and ‘Driver’ roles. In traditional consulting-speak, these would perhaps be solution architects, business analysts or project managers, but we don’t like to box our consultants in with these titles.
So what are Solutionisers, Actioners and Drivers? They are versatile consultants with strong delivery experience, who embrace innovative ways of working such as lean and agile. Solutionisers help shape the solutions, articulating the way forward and identifying the pivot points. Actioners are reliable and efficient, taking the ideas and ‘making it happen’. Drivers are there to drive results (not cars): they keep everyone’s feet to the fire to stay on track and meet deadlines, overcoming any obstacles along the way.
