What is an “Actioner”?

Actioners are the backbone of every remarkable journey. They are practical, reliable and efficient. They take the ideas and get things done, always spotting the pitfalls, gaps and problems. They polish and perfect.

Our Actioners often come from backgrounds in business analysis and help us provide services across a number of different disciplines. These include strategic and management consulting, design thinking, user experience design, process design and improvement, business and digital transformation delivery.

We’re particularly interested in Actioners who are experienced in both traditional and agile ways of working, as well as multi-disciplined Actioners (business analysis being the primary capability, supported by change management or project management experience).
