Drivers are those who drive to objectives and thrive under pressure. Deliverable and deadline focused, they have the tenacity and courage to overcome whatever obstacles stand in the way.
Drivers excel at building, coaching and motivating high-performing teams. They challenge the team, but also work hard to help remove blockers and identify dependencies and risks.
Most of the time, Drivers have in-depth knowledge of agile delivery methods. They shine at coaching teams on how to adopt a value-focused growth mindset in order to deliver value frequently.

As a JourneyOne Driver, you will...
- Work on cutting-edge projects with our valued clients
- Coach teams to adopt agile ways of working
- Help the team overcome delivery blockers
- Work with the client and stakeholders to deliver the vision
- Work alongside (and coach, if necessary) new Product Owners in new squads
- Work with Project Managers to manage risk, cost and change management
- And, ultimately, deliver remarkable journeys
