We’re on the lookout for new J1ers who fit the role of Driver (a.k.a. Scrum Masters and Agile Project Managers).

Join our team of talented consulting professionals leading product and project delivery to bring innovative solutions to some of WA’s leading organisations. We help clients use the latest in digital technology and modern ways of working and thinking to transform their business and deliver true value.
 

What is a “Driver”?


Drivers are people who challenge the norm. They are passionate about delivery, and they’ll set the cadence and thrive on challenges along the way. Their passion is the delivery of tangible value, and they bring this to their customers early and frequently. They will keep the team and the initiative moving forward, and have the tenacity and courage to overcome blockers.

We’re particularly interested in talking to Drivers who are Scrum Masters or experts in other agile ways of working, with a strong background in successfully managing complex projects.
