Crazy Egg is a heatmapping and website traffic analysis tool. We use the service to obtain information regarding how website visitors are interacting with journeyone.com.au for the purposes of improving user experience. Crazy Egg allows us to evaluate and potentially modify our website based on its findings regarding visitors’ use and interaction with our website.
