Our story
JourneyOne's own journey began in 2010, when our founders brought together a team united by one mission: to make every journey remarkable. To this day, that remains our mission and our sole measure of success.
JourneyOne started out in Spacecubed, one of Australia’s pre-eminent co-working and innovation hubs. Even though we soon outgrew the space, we retain a future-focused, startup mindset that complements our deep understanding of enterprise complexity.
Today, our team of 120+ permanent employees in Perth and Melbourne enjoys preferred supplier status with leading universities, major government departments and the world’s largest resource sector companies.
We have achieved a lot, but true to our humble beginnings, we remain nimble, flexible and easy to collaborate with.
J1ers are experts in their fields, able to stand alongside the best talent from the most prestigious global consulting companies. But we're not boxed in with traditional consulting titles; instead, we have Trek Roles.
J1ers are multi-disciplined and continually learning new skills. We keep abreast of the latest thinking and developments globally, and know how to translate them for practical application in Australia.
Our team come from many walks of life, but we are all united by a shared set of principles and values.
We play an active role in the local tech community, supporting Perth's Digital Transformation Meetup and AWS User Group as organisers and hosts, and partnering with some of Perth's most inspiring tech events, such as Latency, Women in Technology WA and DDD.
The JourneyOne principle of caring for people also extends to the wider community. Throughout 2024-25, we are supporting Hello Initiative.
