We’re on the lookout for new J1ers who fit the role of Driver. Our Drivers are experienced practitioners who have strong track records in complex program and project management in agile and traditional environments.

What is a JourneyOne Driver?

Drivers are people who challenge the norm. They are passionate about delivery, and they’ll set the cadence and thrive on challenges along the way. Their passion is the delivery of tangible value, and they bring this to their customers early and frequently. They look after their team while keeping the initiative moving forward. They have the tenacity and courage to overcome blockers.

To join JourneyOne as a Driver, you should be able to demonstrate a track record in successfully delivering large or complex programs of work and have a current understanding of agile delivery and mindset.
